At Musfaha, our coffee is sourced from individual farmers and groups with whom we have cultivated relationships spanning generations. The majority of the coffee procured and processed at the Musfaha Dry Mill is of the wet-hulled variety. Our approach to cup profiles is uniquely tailored to each customer, and we aim to avoid ‘mundane’ while delivering clean, distinctive flavors.
While Wet Hulled coffee processing may be viewed with skepticism by some, we believe it brings out specific flavors and notes in the quality value chain. Wet hulling allows farmers to streamline their coffee operations, leading to an improved economic condition for them.

Arabica Lintong
Lintong as a quality is a native to the Lintongnihoeta district within the Humbang Hausdutan regency. Boasting a superior cup akin to the widely known cousin “Mandheling”, the “Lintong ” quality is recognized by true coffee connoisseurs as one of the best Indonesia Arabica Coffee.
Arabica Gayo
Not only does it boast a distinctive culture and magnificent scenery, Aceh is also home to the popular Gayo Arabica. Grown in the Gayo highlands, Indonesia Sumatra Coffee’s most prominent producer area, Gayo arabica’s distinctive cup and aroma distinguish itself from Arabica of North Sumatra. Gayo is planted at an altitude of 1,000 to 1,400 meters above sea level, close to Takengon and the beautiful Lake Tawar.

To pay homage to the company history the brand name Mena was developed alongside the specialty specialists InterAmerican Coffee. Coffee under the “mena” flagship is tended by farmer groups that have historical relationship with the company for more than 2 decades. It is a heavy body cup with hints of acidity in the final cup. Accompanied with notes of Spiciness and Herbal – making it an authentic Sumatra Coffee experience.
